Site edits for a static HTML site

It needs a few updates as listed below. ? The most important thing is to edit the CSS so the menu sits more towards the left, not centred as it is. Full spec and the site is in the attached zip. ? Really easy I know, but then I am bit busy with a few things as we are expecting our baby soon. ? The top header (econ with logo) and the title banner (home through to contact us) seems a bit unbalanced think they need to be left or at least aligned??? It just doesn’t look right?? ? Can’t see the tank cleaning or waste management links ??" need integrating. ?
