SugarCRM Customisations

I have a sugarCRM installation that requires the following customisations/amends: 1.) Make the home tab? have a full-width? iframe showing another website. Should be standard for all current users and new users. 2.) Make First Name, Last Name and Email compulsary for contacts and suppliers. 3.) Add field - "Other Source" 4.) Add field - "Other Contact" 5.) Hide mass update area on all screens for all non-admin users. 6.) Enable notes tab. 7.) Make calendar month view as default. Show Monday as first day. 8.) Remove "Export" & "Delete" options under contacts for non-admin users. 9.) Fix error showing under studio module.
