3 Websites done in 3 languages each (bonus if you know more languages)

MULTIPLE LANGUAGE SITE - Starts with Spanish, English and Chinese. Will add more (you need to be willing to add more languages). If you are an expert at other languages - let me know and we can add that and give you bonus. Newsletter - for each country Blog I prefer to see what you think my website would look like. #### NOTE: I just made a change!!!! I added 1 more website - I had to fire my last programmer - they couldn't do it even though they promised they could it. NOTE: MAYBE the max bid is not enough, tell me in comment what the price would be. I also need to know how many members of your team you have available for this project - and if you have testing personnel. I also need to know how long it will take to finish the 3 projects. I am hoping to get this project done quickly. If you don't have at least 5 projects done AND at least a 9 rating then you will need to give a money guarantee deposit. ## Deliverables As you will notice I have paid over 100 projects and I have a 0% non-action ration - which means I get EVERYONE of my projects done. So, you are NOT wasting your time reading my projects. I PREFERABLY want to see where you put the national tour guides. I want to see the list of countries, etc... Everything that would go on the home page but using MY requirements. REMEMBER, NO FUNCTIONALITY is asked for. I just want to see a "picture" of what you think my homepage would look like USING what you read in my specifications. Why do I do this? 1) I have had over 50 programmers accept my job but then LATER read the specifications and then fail at the job. So, I want to know you READ the specifications. 2) I NEED this project done by a professional, so I want to see that you have the artistic talent to take specification and turn it into a website. Many programmers can program but they have no one on their team that can produce a NICE website. So, I want proof you have someone on your team that can do it. I hope you understand. Please do not ask me to pick a template or fill in some questionnaire. Just give me what I want. YOUR Artistic design of the home page using what you read in my specifications.
