Wordpress template/theme needed

I need someone to create a wordpress theme for my website. I will only accept someone that has previous designs that they can show me they have done. I will provide all logo's and images (most in vector format) for you to use. All colors/logo's must be use in the wordpress theme and a bonus will be given if you can make it blend into the existing site etc... (So it makes the wordpress blog page look like a format of the site) Ask any questions before we get started... ## Deliverables The theme must be "installable" through the wordpress backend.
