Programmer neeeded to turn 3 PSD inforgraphic items to HTML

We need to turn infographic graphs into HTML format to be used on a website to generate graphic charts for statistical data. The inforgraphic items are currently in PSD format, and we need to the HTML/PHP format to be able to accept numbers from our statistics data, and generate a graph accordingly. We will feed the numbers to the graphs. All you need to do is generate the HTML/PHP code that will generate the graphs. The 4 infographic graphs PSD files will be provided. Max budget $40
