109986 Customize Alibaba clone

Hi I have an Alibaba clone. I want some modification / customiszation and designing done to this clone to create a new website. I want sellers to be able to upload video content of their product and submit them with necessary details of the video like producer, actor, duration, etc. I want buyers to be able to search for this video's. Sellers will be uploading in various format, and site should be able to convert/encode to .fly format for viewing in flash player.
