Hi, i need someone that is a Moodle expert to help me out with two things. 1, i need help installing Moodle manually, this means with out server scripts such as Fantasico or softaculous. For some reason i keep getting a wired unicode error that i need fix. 2. I need help with making courses in Moodle. I want to be able to add resources, links, lectures, quizes, wikis, and forums to each week in my course. This was easy to do in earlier versions of Moodle such as 1.8, but for some reason i cannot find the correct path to do this in Moodle version 2.1. If someone can give me the exact steps on how i can do this, then that would be appreciated. As you can see, this is an easy and quick job, so i will pay only $10 for this project. Thanks.
