221231 PHP File Hosting Script + CSS

I would like a file hosting script that allows members to sign up via paypal IPN. The members will have a file manager where they can upload files, delete files, make the files password protected, email the files. I have a design for this site in PSD so you will need to convert it to proper CSS/HTML design. Also, I have an open source script you can use to do this or create one from the beginning. It will be upto you. This script will be a basic clone other file hosting sites like megaupload or rapidshare with a few other options.
