PHP-MYSQL Login with Redirect

We need a client login created that verifies username and password against a mysql database and that redirects each client to their own unique private html page (url that is not accessible to anyone except that specific client). We have already created the mysql database with username, password and dest (destination url for that specific username and password), and we have already created a basic client login script. We need someone to tie it all together with the redirect portion.
