18191 Very small php script fix

I have a script (live support chat) that uses the "readfile" command to display a .gif file. However, my host has disabled it - I think Php is in safe mode (here is the warning message: Warning: readfile() has been disabled for security reasons in ../public_html/folder/[login to view URL]). I'd like to use an alternative command instead so that the image shows up. Attached are the last few lines of the script. Thanks.
