Hi, I have work on multilingual site and i can do this for you in a better a than you expect. I mean to say that instead of creating this just for tamil language we can do it multilingual so it can have other languages along with tamil,english etc. and it will depend on the user in which language it want to see. for this we will provide a drop down of available languages. I have read the .doc and .pdf document provided by you. i am sure that this is really simple thing for me to do and i have total experience of more than two and half years of developing web applications in PHP MySQL.
