I have a web site ready, or the html and the layout. I just need either someone to help me install it so that I can update my website and all of its feature trough Mambo or Xoops, or if you don't know how to use any of them. You can also make it yourself using php. Its a simple web site, with voting, different sections, news, etc. Please PMB me if you need more information.
