TAFpro Set up and customize (PHP)

Require a web programmers / web designer to install a script onto our web hosting for tell a friend / prize draw script [login to view URL] See backend demo: [login to view URL] Need the following done: * Script installed onto our existing PHP/MySql website * Edit HTML forms in backend to allow questions for our prize draw and match style to our website and custimize emails that get sent out. (This can all be done in the backend - see demo for example) We will provide the script so don't include price of this in quote - we will buy it and provide you all files. We will provide you with input for design customization of forms and text / questions required for the forms and emails. Should be suitable to someone with good HTML, PHP skills.
