The Barcode/Verification Software will be designed to load student's information and picture on a User Interface. An accreditaion officer will be assigned to a system with attached barcode scanner that will scan a barcode on a printout. BARCODE = FORM NUMBER. Upon scanning the candidate's barcode, the UI loads all his information and automatically accredits, the candidate, the UI will have an option where Administrator Privileges * Can modify/edit all Candidate Information * Can modify/edit Accreditation Officer Name, Username and Password * Can Upload Data Database Candidate Information Upload Format (Form Number, Surname, First Name, Other Names, Course, Payment Status, Amount Paid, Picture) Accreditation Officer Upload Format (Surname, First Name, Username, Password)

Understanding the scenario of the problems you face, I'm proposing the system to be developed through PHP. Ive experienced with several projects on PHP on the implementation of e-commerce website with all the functionality required except for barcode however it can be done with ease due to the abundance of frameworks available.
