CSV to PHP to PDF invoice creator

I need code to read in a CSV and store the data in a table (I want you to use example code for this part - I have seen a few examples) Each row then needs to be turned into a PDF invoice I have found 2 solutions for creating a PDF: [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] I don't want any coding done for the PDF creation and instead you need to adapt and customise the existing code I'm happy for you to use other code if you can find something better This project pays £100 - don't bid higher The work should take 2-4 hours to complete The work should be delivered WITHIN 24 hours of awarding the project Please only bid if you can commit to this time frame If you think the work will take longer, please advise BEFORE agreeing to do the work Payment will only be made through freelancer.com Work MUST ONLY be started after the project is awarded to you and you ACCEPT I don't want you to start coding before this I will make full payment for the project by escrow All work must ONLY be developed on my hosting - I don't want to see any code on your own hosting or hear that you are developing locally on your PC The work is stage 1 of the project.
