This is request for a Web Services application that will enable users to select options for a personalized credit or debit card to be issues by a bank. The application will have management capability and will all need to have permissions based access for certain roles. Attached is a detailed requirements document. The solution can be an entirely custom application or an extension of an "off the shelf" application.
