Google Cloud Datastore API Project

We are looking for a developer familiar with and whom has his/her own keys to Google Cloud Datastore. We need developed, a PHP API that will save loosely typed data into the Google Cloud Datastore. The calls that will need to be developed are: function recallSpecificSavedPlan($planId) - planId is a unique ID for the data that we want to retrieve, this will return the loosely typed data that we are recalling. function recallLatestSavedPlan($userId) - userId is a unique ID for user, and this call will fetch the most recent loosely typed data. function savePlanData($thePlanData) saves into the Google Cloud Datastore the data(in JSON format, also contains user information for recallLatestSavedPlan). Function will return a unique Id for the plan saved. function updatePlanDataWithElggGuid($thePlanId, $elggGuidId) links an existing plan with a elggId, returns success/fail result. All responses will return JSON object wrapping the response and any necessary status codes. Authentication will be via OAuth key in the 'setAssertionCredentials' component for Google Cloud Datastore - this can be passed in as a parameter to the above functions. The app, once successfully developed, will be transferred to our own Google Could Datastore project. Part of the project will be assisting in getting this set up for us.
