Joomla/PHP Frame script need repair

As you can see in the adm, its a website of links to news.
We copy the title, summary, source and link and go to that link after click.
The problem is that dont go to yhat link and appears a blank page.
even when go to other links "keeps" in our website with the upper and below banner (gray) as a frame.
