The minimum requirements for this are as follows. • PHP programming • MySQL database setup, structural and indexing management • Knowledge of complex, multi-table SQL queries and full-text searching • Apache root server administration (including setting up of vhosts) - essential • Advanced knowledge + experience of (X)HTML / CSS / JavaScript • In-depth experience of jQuery scripting language & writing jquery from scratch • In-depth experience of AJAX (using jQuery) • Object Orientated Programming concept knowledge • Model-View-Controller concept knowledge • cURL (to communicate with 3rd parties) • FPDF / FPDI (for PDF generation) • Cronjob (for automated emails) • mod_rewrite (for templating) The following would be useful: • Knowledge of Pear, Pear::DB, Pear::MDB2, Pear:: SMTP • Knowledge / experience of eWay payment processing API • Knowledge / experience of Xero integration • Experience of the Laravel Framework or another PHP MVC framework like CakePHP, Symfony • Git / SVN repository As you can see from the above, this is not for the fainthearted.
