Hi, I see your project is small and simple. So, writing a script to move your emails from one folder to another won't be a problem. I am an It Engineer and I work exclusively with Outlook projects. There is really not much to say in this case, your project is quite short, so my price. I could enter in your range of 10-$30, but an Add-In is not only a small script to do something, it also needs to work on your Outlook version, with the .NET framework you have and with the Windows bitness you use, so it is not simply copy a script in Outlook and it is all set. I just finished a job which is a script to handle Outlook and get good feedback. You can refer to the feedback. As a developer, I use Outlook every day, when there is something I want but the Outlook doesn't have, I will use my knowledge to create it. So I have created many Outlook plugins(include macro scripts), some are listed below: 1. Mail content control tool: search keywords in mail and pop up notification 2. Recent mail address suggester: My company disable the mail address suggester feature, so I implement a tool to simulate the same featur in Outlook 3. MeetingRoom finder: My company use Outlook to book meeting room, I create a tool in Outlook to find free meeting room easily when arrange meeting 4. User information finder: My company have the website to look up colleague information, I create a plugin to go to the website to search mail receiptant quickly. Basicly we need to write a macro script for your requirement, it will enumerate the mails in delete folder and check the mail sender and move it outside. It is easy to do this with VBAscript.
