PHP video uploader with metadata editor

Needed fileuploader for existing website to upload mp4-video files. There is admin interface where admin can upload videofiles for system. After each upload script must read file metadata using php and show it to the user. If user thinks that metadata is wrong it must be editable. After upload file must be renamed by hash to prevent double files at database. File information must be placed to database, by metadata tags: Artist - Title - Genre - Year - Tempo etc, filename and path to file. Uploader requirments: - Progressbar. - Single file upload. Admin interface: - Uploader - Media-management, where admin can edit file metadata, preview and remove files.
