need to develop a script to enable us to send bulk messages using an API via Viber or Whatsapp or Line or Tango, each is possible (web based, PHP) Need to be able to upload a text file and picture with phone numbers and insert a message that gets sent to million numbers in text file (TXT) automatically in the shortest possible time (maximium in some minutes). Can able send messages for 10 millions related application users. Can prevent related application server from stopping the registered tel number after sending a few hundred messages.
