Hi there, I will need someone to be able to write me a Wechat Marketing software:- The problem and the huge difference with Whatsapp and Wechat is that Wechat requires friend request approval before we can send them anything. Is anyone capable of handling this project? Wechat Marketing Software should be able to:- 1) Import mobile numbers from .doc or .text (must be able to recognize a single mobile number from a whole list of numbers from the document). 2) Able to preset sending list (to be able to see who are the recipients) 3) Able to customize message (text, .jpg, or .mp4, .avi, .mpg, any video formats that supported by Apple or Android) 4) Able to track read messages in a list So far this is the only important factors to building this software. If there's anything to add, please let us know.
