We are seeking someone with significant expertise and experience using InfoPath as a workflow tool. Specifically, we have designed a SQL database that defines field access level controls for hundreds of fields that are shared among 12 forms. These forms (which we envision in InfoPath) will be completed by defined individuals who have write level access to the appropriate fields and read access to all fields on the form. Individuals will complete their fields then click buttons that will inform the next individual in the flow that they have fields to complete. All entries will write to the appropriate tables in the SQL. The e-mail messages that users receive will provide the user with either the InfoPath form or a link to it. The SQL portion of the development is nearing completion. Our timeline for project completion is limiting our ability to spend the time learning how to get the InfoPath portion of this to work. A significant company, based in New Jersey, we are willing to spend a reasonable sum of money immediately on outside resources in order to complete this project in November.
