184364 Need include admin script

I have a website and I would like to make it easier to modify... I would like a simple admin include area where I can enter page title, header, footer, and banner info.. I would like to be able to add or delete the include info... I would also like it to be able to generate the include code for me to add to my page so I can copy and paste... I had this built before and lost it.. It took him 2 days to build it...
