5 page website

Need a website that is about 5-7 pages. It needs to have a very professional design and layout. I need to easily be able to edit text on it whenever I want. 1- I need to get 4 layout designs to chose from within 24 hours from bid acceptance. 2- Need coder to be personable, professional and patient 3- The website needs to be hosted with godaddy. I will pay for hosting, but coder will upload and ensure everything works as requested. 4-I need to be able to change the text easily and and and remove text. Coder is responsible to provide me with an easy way to do so. 5-The website would be an exact copy of <[login to view URL]> in terms of the idea and the text. However, the design is bad and do not want the same design. 6- Design ideas should be obtained from the following websites: [[login to view URL]][1], <[login to view URL]> 7- the website will be [login to view URL] 8- Webiste to be delivered in its entirety by email and uploaded to hosting provider by coder. 9- The builders page, coder is responsible for links to be fixed and verified. I need to be able to fix those links in the future if changes occure. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Unix or Windows. Must be dicussed.
