421867 Website Translation Plug-in

I require a Translation Plugin created to use with our website. The plugin is being built for the purpose of translating all of our pages for google adsense. This must translate all of our current articles plus all the new articles that are added to our site approx 120 per day. Must be built in php (not word press etc.) and must store the translated pages into our database. Each language can have its own prefix eg [login to view URL] but the english translation needs no translation so will remain [login to view URL] Must use a minimum of 4 translation engines to speed up the translation process but we are wanting as many translation engines used as possible. We really like the look of this application [login to view URL] but we do not use wordpress. The plugin must be stand alone so that we can install it on multiple websites. It is important that the plugin does not violate any of googles terms of service, and must only translate the languages that google adsense uses. It is essential that all translated pages are stored into our database and are not just cached, although caching is important. The pluging is not to slow down the server or conflict with other website features.
