I have the following data in a MySQL database that can be queried by a ODBC link from a Windows XP desktop. id|lastname|firstname|address_steet|address_state|address_zip|phonenumber|section This data can be output in any format requred by the programmer, or provided in XML format. I need a report generated that will do the following: A new word document is generated. 1. The page margins alternate. The printed contents will be restrained to 6x9. On right pages, the left edge has a 1/2" border. On left pages the right edge (binding edge) has a 1/2" border. Everything else has a 1/4" border. 2. The report is outputted by section. Each new section will have a centered, bold heading. 3. If a page has a single section on it, th eheader will say: (this output backwards on the left page) MY COMPANY <-left just. right just-> Section If a page has multiple sections on it, the header will say: MY COMPANY <-left just. right just-> First Section-Last Section (on page) 4. Each page will hve the page # in the footer. 5. Sections 3 & 4 must alternate sides based on left or right print. 6. The output text itself should look like the attached sample. 7. Each page needs a printed black bar on the outer edge that is half the page height, and very thin. (This will alternate sides, left and right. 8. Should be executable automatically somehow.
