Rewrite VB3 Educational Software in VB.net

Establish software company needs to have a VB 3.0 educational software program rewritten in VB.net (.net 2.0). This program is described in the attached .pdf file. There is a fully functional trial version also attached. **Please read the Attached Specification thoroughly. **There will be small differences between the current version and the new version the winning bidder will create. These are described in the Attached Spec. Also, it's not obvious from the trial version that the Pro version will let you create/save/retrieve multiple custom lessons. (Trial has only a single Custom lesson). Note that anything in the Spec marked "future" is *_not_* part of this bid. That information is included so that you can, where it does not take much extra effort, build the program in such a way that it's more easily extended to those future features. **Please describe any VB.net desktop apps** you have done which are most similar to this project in size or in concept. A working version of such program and a sample of code would also be helpful. **High-speed Internet Access and Windows Remote Assistance strongly preferred** I would prefer to work with someone with whom I can do Desktop Sharing (via Windows Remote Assistance). It makes it easier to communicate if we can both look at the same thing. If you are behind a firewall, that may prevent Remote Support from working. *Please indicate whether you have this capability.* ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) No installer needed. We will supply this. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows 98 SE and higher.
