Sending a Form as Pdf or....

I have a form in a Visual Basic App which is essentially a order form/invoice etc. It contains a Logo image and numerous text boxes,labels,combo boxes and a excel sheet. Some of the text boxes get filled when other conditions are met. When the order form is completed I wish to: A)Generate a Word or Pdf or something from the forms info that can be printed. (disregard if your best solution is individual print commands for each aspect of the form,I can do that myself. I'am looking for something better) B)E-mail it....I have a e-mail app in the form itself so really I want to save the form as a file which can be e-mailled/attached and opened/printed by the receiver with Word or maybe as a PDF. C)Save the completed file as a new order D)*I would also like to add a link to the e-mailled form which could link them to a map of the delivery address through possibly Yahoo maps or [login to view URL] the receiver of the email can simply click the maplink and print out on their end. E)I am having trouble getting my combo list boxes to display field data from tables in a Data source. Futher I would like the boxes to show the title of the table before dropping the list down. I can get it to work with one box and one data control, but as I add multiples they seem to all link together, do I need to add multiple data controls or can just the recordsource be somehow set to each combo box. *Item D may or may not be possible within my budget but I thought it would make a nice feature. Thank you in advance for considering this proposal. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows98,XP,etc
