This program which will: A: Operation 1) Accept a keyed in telephone number 2) Search the data base for a match 3) Display a message "Telephone number not found" or the stored data. 4) Offer the option of dialing the number or storing data 5) If dialing is selected permit the operator to record notes while the call is in progress 6) At the conclusion of the call permit the operator to enter data, including: a) call result. b) call back day and time c) send fax, or send email, or send snail mail. 7) If 6 c is selected the operator will select one of 100 stored letters and the program will send it. 8) The program will compare the day and time with the stored call back data When the times agree the program will display the prospect data on the screen and offer to dial. Storage: In addition to the data we key in, we purchase lists of telephone numbers, names and addresses, etc. We can obtain these lists in ASCII, comma delimited format, but usually not in the same order as our tables.. A supporting program must accept these lists and copy them into our data bases. A file of comments recorded by the operator as a result of each completed call must be stored and displayed ( Last contact first.)when a number is to be called. The operator must be able to scroll through the stored comments. Our database will store: Telephone Number Company Name Primary Contact Address Suite City , State, Zipcode (9 digits) Industrial code (10 digits) Call back date Call back time Contact file reference Last 10 calls date and time and a result code.

## Deadline information
A functioning executable must be received twice each week (Monday and Thursday)demonstrating that progress is being made. Failure to receive an executable in a full week justifies canceling the contract. Do not send any modules until the final exe is approved.
