Spam Blocker

A program to detect email spam with both predefined and user definable filters. Program must also have a learning ability to be able to learn from mails sent to the spam box and flag these and similar as spams next time. Filters should also include blocking of certain types of attachments. Dangerous types such as .pif .scr etc should be predefined and there should be an option to add any others by the user. Program should have the option to reply to spams or first time contacts with an email asking them to confirm that they wanted to contact the user. Our product name and url should be tacked onto the bottom of the confirmation email. Blockable by sender email address or * at domain also Ability to block mails purporting to be from illegal addresses such as 3653665 at domain (blocking of addresses that contain illegal or invalid characters) Option to block email from senders whose from: and reply to: addresses do not match. Option to block mail from senders whose ip address has no reverse dns. Program should be able to examine headers to report spam and generate a spam report in the accepted format. (Requires inbuilt dns components to generate automatic reports to abuse addresses) Program should also have the option to block emails originating from any countries the user wants. These should be displayed as country names with the country flag next to them. We will explain to bidders who contact us how this should work Secure registration scheme required. Delphi code only. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
