Audio Quiz Website

Hi I am looking for a website to be made that is capable of presenting an audio quiz. The quiz is going to be based on a computer game. There is going to be 2 versions of the game, and in both versions there is going to be 2 skill levels (Easy and Hard). The database of the sounds must be easy to update because every couple of weeks another character is released and I would want to be able to add them in with ease. Game One is a race to answer 10 question s. So they will be scored initially on how many questions they got right and then on the shortest amount of time taken. Game Two is a continuous game until the player gets an answer wrong. But this needs to be scored in the same way just incase two people for example got 200 right on the trot. In easy mode the player only has to guess the character right. In Hard mode they also need to identify the move itself also. I believe the easiest way to do this is via drop down boxes. So in easy just a drop down box with all the characters in. Then in Hard same first box which then once the character is selected his 4 moves will come in the second drop down box to choose. When the character and move are selected I want the thumbnail of the selected to appear visually to the player. It is imperative that the sound played are at random to make the game fair. I want the sign up to be simple and basic but it is important because I am planning to give prices for the top of the leaderboard each month. With that in mind the leaderboards need to be easy to reset every month, and I will want a Hall of Fame page for previous winners of the month. Looks wise I don’t mind the website being basic but I need it to be easily customizable for change. Obviously if I’m getting good traffic I will look to improve the look of the site. Lastly the programming of the quiz needs to be easily moved onto another site because if it is successful I’d like to branch out and mirror the website into different games. As a foot note I would preferably like an option of a picture quiz added into the program for other ideas though if this is a lot more work it isn’t crucial. Many Thanks Kurt
