Clean 2 professional business style video and text squeeze pages

I need somebody who can design some super high converting, extremely clean and professional looking video and text squeeze pages... They will be in the make money online niche and need to be delivered with full files within the folder so they can easily be uploaded to my server via ftp. All images and css, flash files etc... must be in the folder so it can be uploaded as a whole in one go, because I am going to be passing on the same squeeze pages over to my clients/leads... For each funnel I will need a squeeze page, an exit pop page a thank you page and a page that I will be sending to my leads in a couple of days... I need 2 themed funnels that will all need the above pages... I need professionals not new freelancers trying to pick up any job they can!
