262662 Coffee Webpage design

Hi. I need a very professional and attractive custom webpage design for fresh roasted coffee beans. I have a logo to design around. Requirements include: 1) Designed using OS Commerce; 2) Be LINUX & PHP based; 3)at least one MySQL; 4)Generate automatic email to third party vendors with requisite information from cart page; 5) acknowledgement email to client; 6) Export purchase information to customer database detailing current and historic purchas(es); 7) Customer user accounts that will track previous purchases; 8) HIGHLY DESIRABLE, be able to have the website with API code for future linking to third party site; last 9) Designed around my label (attached); 10) I already have the domain purchased through Go Daddy, but I do not care where it is hosted, as long as it is a very good host such as Host Gator etc. LAST- I have some time to complete the project, but I want to start very soon. Within reason, the budget is negotiable. Please do not submit "cut & paste" answers.
