convert wordpress theme into website

Hi Guys, Here is the wordpress theme which need to be modify and then to install on the server. [login to view URL] Its very simple job but need to be done very professionally and according to the requirement. Here is the list you must do before to installation 1- Remove all file on the server and install clean theme on the server 2- Decode all script and remove all source file and script from the theme to avoid any information send to the developer and the theme owner, that is a security not to access the website in future. (this is must do this and most important as well) LIst of modification 1. Change the menu 2. Adding Logo 3. Pop up expletory video on opening loading website 4. Navigate pages 5. Change and remove all branding and licensing scripts 6.
