Cube Cart Shop Mod to 'Buy' and 'More' Buttons

We have a CubeCart shop V4.23 www.adventure-spec.com. When you select a product range (Klim for example) and go to a list of potential products to purchase there are two options provided through two buttons, 'Buy' or 'More'. If you click on 'More' the page changes and you get specific product details and the ability to choose options (colours etc) before clicking 'Buy'. If you click 'Buy' you SHOULD immediately put your product into the basket. This system works fine if there are no product options, but if there are the 'Buy' button does nothing. We would like the shop modified so that if a user clicks on the 'Buy' button of a product with options the button moves the user to the details page and puts a pop up on the screen asking for further information.
