IMPORANT: Since we have been burned by this developer who has failed us and to whom we have paid $800 already and another $1800 is still in dispute, we will only work on our payment terms and they are as follows: 1. 20% Milestone will be created when project is awarded. 2. 40% Milestone will be created when your atleast half way into the project 3. 40% the last Milestone will be created when your about to be finished with project - none of the milestone will be released untill the whole project is completed.
