I have a website which has an email module in the back end. Email module just allows admin to create email and send it to all registered members. There are about 2500 site members. Presently the website admin will send the email to all 2500 customers at the same time which means that the email account is blocked by the server and identified as potential spamming. I need a rough idea of costs / time to adapt the email module so that when admin sends email to all his customers it will automatically just send 75 emails per hour until all customers have been emailed? The website is designed using php.
