eWallet and payment platform website

Project Description: This will be a payment system like paypal with ewallet option for e-shopping websites. We need the following work 1. A website to host the entire platform 2.A WAY-TO-link or API to communicate with The affiliate websites or ecommerce stores [login to view URL] for The final users (the customers) [login to view URL] with the major payment systems to accept paypal. Credit cards, prepaid codes to add funds to the wallet [login to view URL] for agents 1. The main website, and the payment gateway system platform wil be the connection with the affiliate or ecommerce websites. The main website is basically the integrator between all parts, the same login can be used by the merchants and users, to control their expenses and collects, in other words an user could use his account to purchase goods, pay services or can use the platform as a way to accept payments from another member user The users will use the platform as a wallet, it could be loaded using credit cards, as well paypal, bitcoins or prepaid codes The website should be an addon for joolma or Drupal CMS The users could purchase prepaid codes generated by the platform from agents, with prepaid values.. as gift cards, the codes must be generated using keys and cryptographic algorithms, that keys can be changed by the admin as soon a batch of codes are generated for printing. The user could load his wallet with any electronic payment existing on the market as paypal, or credt card. All prepaid codes or transactions used by the user should be transformed into money credits on the wallet and can be used to pay to other users or to pay for goods to the merchants affiliated to the platform, cashed by agents, etc. An agent platform to sell, reload the wallet with cash direcly to the user account, or to cash users. Finaly, we need a payment gateway as WAY-TO-LINK or an API system for the affiliates websites (the e-shops). It's a script wich should be embeded in different e-shops, to make them available to add the new payment method. It will connect the Main website with the affiliate websites or eccomerce stores In other way we need a platform very similar to paypal or other existing payment gateways. We also need an administration backend with a CRM integration to manage customer service and manage the entire project manage, store, encrypt/decrypt or alternate the codes. It will show codes by date, by value, valid or invalid codes, expiration date of the codes, codes wich are already used by users or not, a history review of each user, etc. The system should provide multi-language support.
