Install to my server

Hi, I had a website with a server which i cancelled. I now have a new server and requested backup files from my previous server. They sent me all files in my server and i tried installing them in to my new server but unfortunately the url is still pointing to my old server. I need someone with expirience who can make the necessary adjustments so that i could work on my new server. Thanks.
