Link opener Script

Hey i need a verry simple webscript. The script should do the following: - Querry a link from mysql database - Open the Link in Window - Wait x seconds - Querry new String and open the new link. a sample how it should work: [login to view URL] the only change on that system, is that the site shouldn't always popup in a new winow, instead it should use the same window to load next site. multiply windows have to be possible. also the website refer should be able to be passed like: refered from [login to view URL]
