I need to build a website like polyvore.com and dba.dk

Website 1: Template: Polyvore Fashion Requests: We are looking for a team to create a site similar to [login to view URL] for our existing business. Kind of same ideas but there are something need to change: 1/ Premium member: Only admin or premium member can import product and picture for its collection. The system must be automatic confirm when premium member upgraded their account. 2/ Picture can import to the website by two different ways: from compute and by clipper. Has perfect magic tool to make transparent background like polyvore clipper tool. 3/ Admin management system: is needed. Only admin can delete imported pictures and member articles, combinations, collection, etc... 4/ Free member can only create fashion sets based on existing product in my website and can't import anything into our system. 5/ Polyvore has 5 categories which you can be able to see when you are going to publish your set but there are no Kids and Male categories. I want to have male and kid area so you guys need to build an extra ''items'' system which is still easy to use for amateur users. 6/There is a job area which is only premium member can post in. Please check polyvore, looklet and other similar sites to get the ideas. Serious only, please only bid if you can do it.
