Need a custom Joomla 1.5 template built

I need a custom Joomla 1.5 template made that is simular to the one listed in the attachment. Of course I'm not trying to copy their template and I'm not trying to build a competitive template to resell. I have a client who wants a Joomla 1.5 website built and she kinda likes this template but she doesn't want to use a template. She wants a custom unique design. So basically want I need is for someone to build me something similar to this one (as far as module position areas, layout, etc.). #1 I will provide the winning bid with exact detailed instructions of the module positions and color scheme I want. #2 This template must be native Joomla 1.5 and be able to be loaded from the default installer inside Joomla #3 This template must be w3c compliant and work seamlessly in all major browsers. (no errors) #4 Winning bid will be placed in Escrow. #5 Finished template will need to shown live before escrow is released (for testing purposes)
