Hello I need an expert wordpress coder to create a pixel perfect wordpress theme for my PSD design. This is exactly what I need done: -Convert my home PSD file to Wordpress theme. -You will need to implement my provided text and graphics (100% same front, design etc) -Implement 3 other default pages (about us, contact, portfolio) -Implement the contact us form to automatically email me when filled out. -Set up my domain/hosting account so they site is live. -Set up email account from hosting account. Please put words "intructions understood" in your bid so I know you have read & understood exactly what I need done. Note: No new people with no previous coding jobs or outsourcing companies need to apply for this job. Only experienced please. Budget ~150 USD Thank you
