PSDs to Smarty Templates

I have very specific requirements for this project. Please do not bid unless you meet these requirements. I have a set of PSD files that I need converted into Smarty templates for Clip Share Pro. If you are familiar with Clip Share, you will know that the templates contain much more logic than they should, but as far as I can tell, there is only one place where logic needs to be inserted. The rest is just moving stuff around. Of course, I checked with the authors of Clip Share about doing this and they have not responded. They sometimes take weeks to respond to requests. I know they monitor this site to watch for piracy (because they have hounded me about it even though I've paid for the software many times for many websites) so I've posted this little comment to entice a response from them maybe. BUT, this is a real offer for work. I need this done today! If you are interested and can work for the next 20 - 24 hours, please PM and I will show you the PSD files. Once you see them, you can get back to me. If you need me to explain how this works, I will not be interested in your work. I have had several people tell me they could do this but they haven't done it.
