I need a website that's similar with this one: [login to view URL] I have not finalized the tabs and navigations, but the layout should be the same, and it should be nicer than the original. I dont want an exact copy of this site, however i want an exact layout and functionality. Technical requirements: - have to be in CSS - You supply the images - SEO Friendly - All the forms when submitted must send an email to (i will change the email later). Use PHP for this script. Payment will be disbursed from escrow account after project is completed.
