Hi, I am looking for web designers to build me a website allowing users to upload projects they are working on. The website would allow users to register, upload their project details, including images & video, and post their project to the site. The site would gather popularity data based on clicks and would automatically order the projects so most popular ones would feature on the front page. By default each row would represent a particular category, therefore some sort of filter search would be required, however this would be preset, and users can select which applies to their project. The website must be expandable, therefore allowing it to show maximum content on various screen sizes. The projects would be timed, based on the user input, after the time has expired, the projects would be moved to a different archive. I would like the website to function like Netflix, however I can imagine that being quite pricey. If you can provide me with a fixed price quote and time required for completion it would be great.
