Urgent Job:: Wordpress Improvements Required

We have a BuddyPress Theme already 80% created. We need the right coder to come in and make it pop, easy right? Most of the work is already done! Don't get that excited there are some changes we need made to the main website and then we need some improvements to members area. Here is a break down of what we require done asap. •• Change total width and content area width, introducing a new right widget area x 2 with various widgets. •• Create another 300 widget area for [login to view URL] a styled vertical category highlights area •• Improve look of menu and sub menu •• Redevelop content area with various styled category highlights. •• Improve Login box design •• Make search fields x 2 look more professional and include 2 buttons to right ‘search’ and ‘view all’ •• Remove search bar form main menu •• Automatic ‘facebook likes’ count •• Improve header color fade •• Member navigation moved from top of page to bottom. •• Footer widget area for advertising and also slide bar for a particular category. Needs to be inserted across both site and sub site. •• Font needs to be changed on sub site to match main site •• Improve comments area Final milestone: •• Suggested video area •• Member assign Video upload •• Stylized Article Directory •• Customize Members Profile and activity area. :: Please Read We are very design focused, if you are a good coder but not at design don't bother! If you are job banking ahead of your schedule please DO NOT apply. We need people who can start now and focus entirely on this job until competition.
