vBulletin Setup, Deisgn, and Customization

PLEASE READ ENTIRE DESCRIPTION IN DETAIL BEFORE SENDING IN YOUR BID! I am seeking a web designer and coder who specializes in the installation, setup, and customization of vBulletin. If you are chosen for this job, you will be asked to not only complete the above task but also create a simple and clean splash page with a few links, one of which would take you to the vBulletin forum page. This will obviously require logo design skills as well. I will only review applicants who are able to provide me with examples of vBulletin work previously completed. To give you an idea of targeted content, the forum will encompass a place for Home Brewers to meet and discuss different techniques, ingredients, and share general knowledge about the art of home brewing.
